Kenmure offers a wide variety of comfortable accommodations on our rental program from cozy condominiums to luxurious single family homes. A few  of our units are available to rent as 3 and 4 bedroom units, so please call for current pricing on larger units. Our rental units are available from a short two night stay to long-term leases. Many of our units now provide complimentary fast-access internet connection, and several of our units are pet-friendly.  Be sure to ask our staff about our pet policy.

As a rental guest, you will have complimentary access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, hard and soft-surface tennis courts, indoor heated swimming pool and outdoor heated swimming pool (available seasonally). We offer casual and fine dining facilities in our historic clubhouse for your enjoyment.  Our 18-hole professionally-designed golf course is also available by simply calling the Pro Shop up to a week in advance of your stay for a tee-time and paying for your greens fee/cart fee plus taxes. Be sure to check the Pro Shop's tournament schedule at http://www.kenmure.com/golf/Tournaments.asp or call the Pro Shop at 828 697-1200 to be sure you will be able to get tee times during your stay.  The golf course is closed on Mondays.
